How many quotes will I receive?
We typically present 1–3 shortlisted quotes, depending on your requirements and location. Each one comes with a written scope and fixed monthly price.
How long until I get quotes?
Most briefs receive an initial response within 2 business hours. For larger or complex sites, we may suggest a 10-minute site walk-through before finalising quotes.
What does 'vetted' mean?
Every cleaner on our panel has: $10M public liability insurance, a current national police check, verifiable trade references, ABN verification, and a signed agreement. WWCC where required.
Can I specify compliance requirements?
Absolutely. Our brief form captures infection control, WWCC, after-hours access, chemical restrictions, and more. Only cleaners who meet your compliance requirements will quote.
What if I already have a cleaner but want to benchmark?
Common. Many businesses post a brief to compare their current arrangement against the market. No obligation to switch — and we can time our follow-up to your contract renewal.
Is there a lock-in contract?
