Common questions

How long does it take to get a quote?

We aim to respond within 2 business hours. For larger or more complex premises we'll usually suggest a quick 10-minute site walk-through before finalising the price.

What does 'vetted' mean?

We require public liability insurance ($10M minimum), a current national police check, verifiable trade references, and a signed subcontractor agreement before any cleaner is placed on our panel.

Will I get the same cleaner every visit?

That's always the goal. Consistency is one of the main things our clients tell us matters. We'll lock in a primary cleaner for your site and cover absences ourselves.

What if the clean isn't right?

Call or email us the same day. We're the accountable contact — not the cleaner. We'll rectify it within 24 hours or credit the visit.

Is there a lock-in contract?

The initial agreement is typically 3 months, then rolls monthly. We don't believe in locking clients into contracts they're unhappy with.
