CleanerHub is operated by Sachin Kafle, based in Melbourne, Victoria. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy mean CleanerHub. We are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, we may collect:
- Your name, contact email, and phone number
- Business or organisation name (where you provide it)
- Premises information: type, suburb, approximate size, current cleaning arrangement
- For cleaner applications: ABN, insurance status, police-check status, suburbs and premises types you cover, references, equipment owned
- Any free-text notes you choose to share with us
- Standard web analytics data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring source
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote or panel match
- To contact you by email, phone, or SMS about your enquiry
- To improve the website and the matching process
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Where we store it
Form submissions are sent to our email and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. Email delivery is handled by MailChannels. Web analytics are collected via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar industry-standard tools when enabled. These providers may store data outside Australia under their respective privacy policies.
5. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as it's useful to support a quote, ongoing engagement, or our records (typically 7 years to meet Australian record-keeping requirements). You can request earlier deletion — see section 7.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website uses standard analytics cookies and pixel-based ad-conversion tracking (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok) when those services are enabled. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the website will still function.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct it if it's wrong
- Delete it (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations)
