What we check during vetting
- ✓Public liability insurance (minimum $10M)
- ✓National police check (current)
- ✓Two trade references (clients or employers)
- ✓ABN verification
- ✓Signed subcontractor agreement
- ✓Working with Children Check (for childcare / school work)
"Will obtain" is fine for items you don't have yet — we'll help you get there before any placement.
Common questions
Do I keep my own ABN?
Yes. You're an independent subcontractor, not an employee. Your ABN, your business. We provide the contract and the client.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application and add you to our panel database. When a contract comes up that matches your suburbs, premises experience, and availability, we'll reach out directly with the full scope and rate.
How does payment work?
We invoice the client. You invoice us. We pay fortnightly. No waiting on clients, no chasing overdue invoices.
What if I don't have insurance yet?
Select 'Will obtain if engaged' in the form. We'll work through the requirements with you before placing a contract.
Can I set my own rate?
Tell us your expectation in the form. We'll match you to contracts where the rate works for both sides. We don't place cleaners at below-Award rates.
What if a client tries to go direct?
Our subcontractor agreement includes a standard non-circumvention clause. More practically, we work to make going through us easier than going around us.
