What we verify before placement

How do I see available contracts?
Register on our panel with your suburbs, premises experience, and availability. When a brief comes in that fits your profile, we'll send you the full scope and invite you to quote.
Do I keep my own ABN?
Yes. You're an independent subcontractor, not an employee. Your ABN, your business. We provide the contracts and handle the client.
What kind of rates can I expect?
We don't place cleaners at below-Award rates. Tell us your rate expectation in the form — we'll send you briefs where the rate works for both sides. Most contracts are above $35/hr.
How does payment work?
We invoice the client. You invoice us. We pay fortnightly. No waiting on clients, no chasing overdue invoices.
What if I don't have insurance yet?
Select 'Will obtain if engaged' in the form. We'll work through the requirements with you before placing a contract.
Can I set my own rate?
Absolutely. You set your rate, we send you briefs where it works. If a business posts a brief and your rate fits their budget, we'll invite you to quote.
What if a client tries to go direct?
Our agreement includes a standard non-circumvention clause. More practically, we make going through us easier than going around us — we handle all admin, invoicing, and issue resolution.
