Do you work with strata managers directly?
Yes. Most of our body-corporate contracts are arranged through the OC manager. We invoice them or the OC, whichever suits.
Can you handle multi-site contracts?
Yes. If you manage multiple buildings, we can scope and quote them together with consistent pricing and a single contact.
Are you insured for high-rise work?
Standard public liability ($10M) covers ground-level and low-rise. Anything that needs rope access or rigging is handed off to a licensed height-access specialist — we won't do it ourselves.
