Common questions
Do your cleaners have a current WWCC?
Yes. WWCC is required for any cleaner we place on a childcare or school site. We can supply copies on request.
Can you clean during operating hours?
We strongly recommend out-of-hours cleaning for childcare. If a daytime tidy is required (e.g. between sessions), it's scoped separately to keep our cleaner out of children's areas.
What about post-illness deep cleans?
We offer one-off deep cleans (with appropriate sanitiser products) following gastro or other outbreaks. Bookable within 24 hours where possible.
