Common questions
Do I need to be home?
No — most of our regular clients aren't. We'll co-ordinate a key/keypad/lockbox arrangement during scoping, and your cleaner sends a quick visit-complete message.
What's a typical price for a Melbourne home?
Indicative only: a 3-bed/1-bath fortnightly clean is usually $130–$180; a weekly clean is $90–$140; deep cleans and end-of-lease are quoted separately. We give you a fixed price in writing before the first visit.
Can you do end-of-lease cleans?
Yes. End-of-lease is a separate scope (oven, inside cupboards, full bathroom regrout-clean, walls, windows). We quote it on the bond requirements your agent has set.
What if something gets damaged?
Public liability insurance covers accidental damage. Call us same-day — we'll work through it with you and the cleaner, not put you in the middle.
