Common questions
Can you provide cleaners for our exact suite size?
Yes. We size the visit length and frequency to your tenancy. A 200 sqm suite typically takes 1–1.5 hours per visit; a full floor is built into a recurring schedule with the right number of cleaners.
Do you supply consumables?
Yes. Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towel, and bin liners are included in the monthly fee unless you'd prefer to supply your own.
What about end-of-month or quarterly deep cleans?
We can build periodic deep cleans (carpet steam, window cleaning, kitchen degrease) into the contract, priced separately or rolled into the monthly fee.
