Common questions
How much does a regular home clean cost?
Indicative only: a 3-bed/1-bath fortnightly clean is usually $130–$180; weekly $90–$140. Larger homes, deep cleans, and end-of-lease are quoted separately. You get a fixed price in writing before the first visit.
Do I need to be home for the clean?
No — most of our regular clients aren't. We arrange a key/keypad/lockbox during scoping, and your cleaner sends a quick visit-complete message.
Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
Wherever supply allows, yes. Consistency matters — your cleaner learns your home, you stop re-explaining basics each visit. We cover absences ourselves.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Every cleaner we place — residential or commercial — carries $10M public liability insurance and a current national police check. We hold copies before any first visit.
What about end-of-lease cleans?
End-of-lease is a separate scope (oven, inside cupboards, full bathroom regrout-clean, walls, windows). We quote it on whatever bond requirements your agent has set.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Call us same-day — we're the accountable contact, not the cleaner. We'll rectify it within 24 hours or credit the visit.
